I am a newbie to this site. I am Vickie Dunigan Wilkerson from Fordyce, AR. My father was Clifford Edward Dunigan, Sr., born in DeWitt, AR in 1927. His father was Pleasant Everett Dunigan born in Ozark County, Missouri. His mother was Ethel May Dunigan. They were first cousins. John 1861 was Pleaant's dad and Hiram 1868 was Ethel's dad. They were brothers. Other brothers and one sister were George W. 1867, James S. 1870, Campbell 1874, Jesse 1876, and Mary E. 1872. They were born in Ozark County, Missouri but moved to different locations in Arkansas. The mother and father of these were Mary Elizabeth Campbell 1947 (KY)and James Dunigan 1838?(TN). One record shows The father of James Dunigan as being John Dunigan and his mother being Alcey Dunnagan (cousins). John was a preacher according to this record.
